So far, we have covered the Dashboard screen which also contained application results. We also looked at an individual call to see how information is displayed there.
Scrolling back to the top, you see the Dashboard is always available. Think of this as your “Home Page.”

Keep in mind that selecting the Dashboard returns you to the ”Overview” rather than the application results.

If the other tab is still open, it should still have the Empathy calls we saw before.
Since it is possible to have multiple tabs/windows open, it is important to pay close attention to what is showing on the screen to avoid confusion.
The Dashboard Overview shows all the calls in the system, not just the ones scored by any particular application.
The view defaults to “Files” because the “Overview” section is not looking at application scores.
Next, we will look at how to do ad-hoc searches using the options on the left.
