Navigating between dashboards is achieved by selecting the relevant dashboard in the left-hand pane.

As additional functionality is built out, new dashboards will be added to the left-hand pane.

Menu items with a “>” indicate sub-menus.

Selecting the dashboard will expand the menu to show the sub-menus.

Wordbench uses a 3 level hierarchy structure consisting of:

• Company

• Organization(s)

• Folder(s)

Depending on a User's permissions, users can navigate to a particular Organization and Folder by selecting the entry in the drop-down boxes at the top of the GUI.

By default, the last 30 days of interactions are shown.

The date range can be modified by selecting the calendar in the top right-hand corner.

For Administrators and Contact Center Leaders, the view can be further modified by selecting a Team Leader from the drop-down box in the top right-hand corner.
