*We require a GPU to complete faster than real-time transcriptions. Most companies do no have a GPU server, which causes the transcription time is longer or reduces the number of calls that can be assessed.
** There are challenges in getting access to the customer's cloud environment and time to pass a security assessment of the components that will be created in it
*** Requires new servers to be created for the implementation and those servers to have access to each other and the internet. Historically this has required staff on the customer's team that are hard to engage.
