The Call Backs application top-level category will show in this format.
The Call Backs application second-level category will show in this format.
On non-leaf levels: Category scores n=1 indicate that all sub-categories were detected, while scores 1>n>0 indicate that some sub-categories were detected but not all.
On leaf levels: Category scores n≥1 indicate that one or more phrases were detected.
5. We only see “0.5” scores for the top-level category because we exported results for the 74 calls where the application detected phrases within the top-level, so all scores in this .CSV should show n>0.
6. Since there are no calls where phrases from both second-level categories were found, all top-level category scores should be n<1.
Therefore, the 0.5 scores here indicate that all calls in these results have phrases detected in exactly half of the second-level categories with no overlap.
