The number of calls showing in the results here are available for manual export of up to 10,000 call at a time.

Click on the “Export (CSV)” button.

2. A pop-up will appear which will allow you to specify what information to export.

3. If more than 10,000 calls show in the results section, you can select which range of 10,000 calls to export:

1-10,000
10,001 – 20,000
20,001 – 30,000
And so on

Click on the drop-down “Select Fields” menu

Check the “Call Backs” box here, this will include the Call Backs application results to the exported .CSV file; without selecting a box under the “Applications” section here, only generic call data will show in the exported .CSV.

Now that you’ve added the Call Backs application results, you can close the drop-down menu, and click the “Generate export” button.

Locate the downloaded .CSV file and open it.
