Overview

The Call Journey Coherence service is an additional module that provides insightful data that enable users to discover what topics have been mentioned the most in a set of calls.

To make the data available for analytics tools to analyze and generate insights for business users, data are required to store in various forms including:

  • text

  • number

  • JSON

The database for Coherence consists of five tables:
