Overview

Call Journey provides a Databridge to permit users to load Voice Data directly into a database or into a Business Intelligence (“BI”) application such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Amazon QuickSight and Emite. Any database or BI application that supports importing from a PostgreSQL database can use Databridge.

To assist users to get up and running quickly, Power BI dashboards have been created and made available for users to deploy. Deployment is via a Power BI template (file extension .pbit).

This guide is designed to:

Assist the user in deploying the Power BI template.
Explain some of the features of the reports.
Explain how to extract customized data (customer metadata and Wordbench App scores).

If you wish to by-pass the Power BI template and just load the data without the reports, refer to Appendix A.

After loading the Power BI reports, you can customize the reports or add additional datasets to enhance the functionality. Examples of data sets that could be added include:

CRM contacts
POS purchases
Online purchases
Emails
Chat
