Deploying the Power BI Template

Navigate to where you have downloaded the The Call Journey Power BI template and double click on the template to open it.

Enter your Databridge credentials into the relevant boxes (you will be presented with three boxes):

You should see your data being loaded:

Once the data has finished loading you will be presented with the Power BI reports.
